Attain Learning is a training solutions firm for businesses. The case protagonist is Sunderland, the account executive at Attain. The director id faced with confusion when an important client, Gramen Equipment’s Juan Nunez calls to request that the content development executive stop communicating with him. The company had had a policy that the client would be restricted to communicate with the account executive. The protagonist is faced with two problems, one is to deal with the client’s concerns and second is handling the situation with Morgan, the content development executive.
