This case is based on the evaluation of a new supply chain process at Hugo Boss. The main change in the process was the alteration of the procedure of ordering from the suppliers. The discussion is based on the challenge faced because of the change in the supply chain. It assessed the relation between the operational performance and the company’s results. Also, the relationship between the inventory levels, product supply, and sales is assessed.
